Data we process

Astra ID, email address, password hash, session token hash and security metadata such as request time and IP-derived rate-limit identifiers. Future client profile data will be added only when the relevant feature is introduced.

Why

We use this data to reserve and protect Astra IDs, maintain sign-in sessions, prepare future client integration and prevent abuse.

Optional QA analytics

Only after you choose “Allow”, the Beta site records a random anonymous session identifier, active session duration, tutorial step, download click, character-save signal, music links, language and broad device category. We do not record chat text, form text, passwords, email contents, precise location or raw IP addresses in analytics.

Selected QA events may be sent to the private owner Telegram channel as event name, duration, broad device category, language and UTC time. Telegram messages do not include chat content, account secrets or the anonymous session identifier.

Storage and retention

Passwords and active session tokens are not stored in readable form. Astra ID data is retained while the service operates or until deletion is requested, subject to security and legal obligations. Optional QA telemetry is automatically removed after 90 days.

Your choices

You can decline optional QA analytics and continue using the site. You may request access, correction or deletion through the official AVA Games contact channel shown on avagames.de.
